I shared the sticker specifications, which the supplier confirmed before quoting and accepting payment. When I asked about a sample, they said they were too busy and gave no timeline. It took nearly a month, delaying the project. They also extended the quotation deadline without notice. Though they promised to ship the final product the next week, it didn’t arrive. I later found out production had been paused without informing me. I had to follow up multiple times, as they never provided updates or the tracking number as promised. When the stickers finally arrived, they didn’t match the agreed specs. I asked for corrections, but communication stopped completely. Despite promising full support, they delivered an incomplete product and failed to take responsibility. This was the worst supplier experience I’ve had.
